Project Background:
In 2024, our company exported one set of Y83-250 Hydraulic Scrap Briquetting Press (250 tons) to a large machining factory in Chonburi, Thailand. The customer mainly manufactures automotive parts and industrial molds, producing a large amount of steel and cast iron chips every day. Previously, they collected metal waste manually, which occupied space, caused environmental pollution, and reduced smelting efficiency.

Installation & Commissioning:
After arriving in Thailand, our engineers provided remote video guidance for installation and commissioning. The customer completed setup within two days and started production smoothly. The machine runs quietly, operates stably, and is easy to control.

“The hydraulic briquetting press from China is very efficient,” said the customer. “Previously, one worker could only handle 300 kg of metal chips per day. After installation, the briquettes can be directly fed into the furnace for melting, reducing energy consumption by approximately 20%. Even in Thailand’s hot and humid weather (up to 35°C), the air-cooling system ensures stable hydraulic performance without overheating.

This project greatly improved the client’s automation level, reduced labor costs, and enhanced recycling efficiency. The customer expressed high satisfaction and plans to purchase a second machine in 2025 for aluminum chip briquetting.
